A few years ago, the State Farm agent that my husband and I had been with for over twenty years retired, and as a result we were assigned an agent which was Shane Bietry. I was a little apprehensive at first, because I didn't know Shane and because his office is located out of town. Being assigned to Shane and his wonderful staff has been such a blessing in our lives. I have never met an agent that works so hard for his clients. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. He is trustworthy and does what he says he will do. He went above and beyond in helping my husband and I with a hail/wind storm damage claim that was very challenging. He even came out to our home to see for himself what our roof looked like. I have never had an agent to do that. He spent a lot of time helping us with our claim. He never gave up and did everything he could to make it right. Shane is the best! Also, I want to give a shout out to Brooklyn. She is awesome! I have talked to her numerous times over the phone. She is very knowledgeable, kind, calm, and patient. Shane and his staff are amazing.

I’m completely new to insurance and how everything works and Shane made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the entire process and i’m happy with my decision to go with State Farm as my insurer.
